The machine tool shall be installed on a firm foundation, and the position shall be far away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and heat radiation; Place in a dry place to avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditch must be set around the foundation.

When the machine tool is placed on the foundation, it shall be leveled in a free state, and then the anchor bolts shall be locked evenly. For ordinary machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measuring tool should be used after a period of constant temperature time. When installing the machine tool, try to avoid the installation method of forced deformation of the machine tool. During the installation of the machine tool, some parts of the machine tool should not be removed randomly. The removal of parts may lead to the redistribution of internal stress in the machine tool, thus affecting the accuracy of the machine tool.
